Robert Ross is the Co-Founder and CEO of Lume, an artificial intelligence startup based in New York, New York. He established the data integration company in March 2023 alongside co-founders Nicolas Machado and Nebyou Zewde, subsequently participating in the Y Combinator Winter 2023 batch and securing a $4.2 million seed round led by General Catalyst. Prior to launching Lume, Ross worked briefly as an Associate Product Manager at Google and completed software engineering internships at Google Cloud Privacy and Security, ThoughtSpot, and BlackRock. He holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Stanford University, where he specialized in artificial intelligence and cybersecurity while serving as Class President. His current professional focus centers on developing automated data mapping tools to simplify custom integrations and accelerate customer onboarding processes.
