Robert Rosiello

Robert Rosiello is an Executive Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Flagship Pioneering, a life sciences venture creation firm based in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Since joining the firm in 2018, he has directed company origination, strategic planning, and operations across a portfolio of over 120 biotechnology startups. Previously, he spent more than three decades at McKinsey & Company from 1984 to 2015, serving as a Senior Partner advising healthcare and technology executives on mergers and acquisitions.
