Robert Picard is the Head of Alternative Investments at Hightower Advisors within Lyon Wealth Management, and is currently based out of Tiburon, California. Prior to his current position, he served as the Head of Alternative Investments at First Republic Private Wealth Management, where he focused on high-net-worth client solutions through rigorous research and due diligence. Throughout his career, Picard has been instrumental in developing four distinct multi-billion-dollar alternative investment platforms across several major global financial institutions. His extensive institutional experience includes senior leadership and platform creation roles at The Carlyle Group, RBC Capital Markets, and State Street. He also contributed to alternative asset strategies and opportunity curation during his tenure managing institutional funds and portfolios. Picard currently focuses on expanding alternative investment capabilities, conducting rigorous due diligence, and structuring comprehensive wealth management solutions for private clients.
