Robert Pelberg

Robert Pelberg is an Angel at Angel Physicians Fund and the Senior Vice President of Medical Affairs at Elucid, based in Cincinnati, Ohio. He brings 18 years of clinical experience as a cardiologist and advanced cardiac imager, having previously practiced at The Christ Hospital Heart and Vascular Institute. Pelberg completed his medical education at the Northwestern Feinberg School of Medicine before pursuing his residency at the University of Texas Southwestern and a fellowship at the University of Virginia. Transitioning into healthcare technology entrepreneurship and early-stage investing, he previously served as a managing partner at Cardioventure Partners LLC and has backed MedTech startups including Foldax Inc. and Aria CV Inc. His current focus centers on advancing cardiovascular disease treatments, cardiac CT angiography, and medical imaging technologies through strategic investments, software development, and clinical research initiatives.
