Robert Lacher is a Founding Partner at Visionaries Club and a General Partner managing the first independent seed fund for La Famiglia, operating out of Berlin and London. Before transitioning to venture capital, he co-founded the digital fashion platform AMAZE, which was acquired by Zalando in 2016. Earlier in his career, he developed digital business models for consumer and technology clients at The Boston Consulting Group in Munich. He established his foundational expertise by studying engineering and business at RWTH Aachen, the University of Cambridge, and Imperial College London. Since shifting to early-stage investing, Lacher has backed more than 75 startups, leading notable seed-stage investments in high-growth technology companies such as Deel and Forto. His current focus remains on leveraging his operational background to identify and support emerging B2B startups across the European ecosystem.
