Robert Dighero

Robert Dighero is a Partner and Co-founder at Passion Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm based in London, England. Since co-founding the firm in 2009 alongside Eileen Burbidge, he has helped manage multiple funds, including an initial £60 million vehicle and a subsequent £45 million third fund. Before transitioning to venture capital, Dighero served as Chief Financial Officer at Tradus plc, where he guided the company through initial public offerings on four exchanges and its eventual £1 billion acquisition by Naspers in 2008. He also previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer at AOL UK, building the finance function as the internet provider scaled to become a market leader. Today, he leverages his 30 years of operational experience to direct £400,000 to £500,000 initial investments into early-stage startups operating within the artificial intelligence, financial technology, and risk sectors.
