Robert Berluti

Robert Berluti is a Vice President on the US investment team at RTP Global, an early-stage venture capital firm based in New York City. In this capacity, he evaluates early-stage technology startups, specifically targeting post-product companies that demonstrate strong market pull and solve distinct personal pain points for their founders. His investment thesis primarily centers on vertical artificial intelligence applications and next-generation data infrastructure platforms. Before joining RTP Global, Berluti worked as an investment banker at Shea & Company, where he specialized in the enterprise software sector and sourced strategic acquisitions for corporate clients. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Amherst College, where he also competed as a student-athlete on the varsity football team. Berluti currently leverages his advisory background in enterprise software to identify and support emerging technology founders building scalable data solutions.
