Robbert Vorhoff

Robbert Vorhoff is a Managing Director and the Global Head of Healthcare at General Atlantic, based in New York. Since assuming leadership of the healthcare sector in 2014, he has directed global strategy and led or co-led 23 investments representing more than $4 billion in deployed capital. He serves on the firm's Global Growth Equity Investment Committee and maintains active board positions at several portfolio companies including Alignment Healthcare and Oak Street Health. Before joining General Atlantic in 2003, Vorhoff worked in mergers, acquisitions, restructuring advisory, and private equity at the investment bank Greenhill & Co. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia. His current investment focus centers on scaling technology-enabled healthcare services, advancing value-based care, and supporting innovative patient care delivery models.
