Rob Sebastian

Rob Sebastian is a Partner at New Theory Ventures based in San Francisco, California, where he previously served as a Principal from 2017 to 2022. He also co-founded the insurance-free healthcare startup Forward and served as a Product Manager on special projects for the CEO of Google and Alphabet. His corporate leadership experience includes working as Senior Vice President and General Manager at Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, managing global profit and loss for video games, and co-founding Dewey Square Group Digital, which was acquired by WPP. Earlier in his career, he held analytical roles at Boston Consulting Group and Goldman Sachs. He earned an MBA from the Wharton School after completing a BA in Economics at Dartmouth College. Sebastian currently focuses his venture capital investments across the technology, media, healthcare, and consumer engagement sectors.
