Rob Ospalik

Rob Ospalik is a Partner at Baird Capital, where he oversees North American investments in the Industrial Technology and Sustainability sectors. He joined the firm in 1999 after spending two years in Baird's Investment Banking group, having initially begun his professional career at Price Waterhouse. Ospalik previously served as Co-Head of Global Portfolio Operations for the firm and holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Washington University in St. Louis. In his current capacity, he holds board of director seats at portfolio companies including autoLOTO and Cleanwater1, and previously served as Board Chair for the Old Town School of Folk Music. He also contributes to industry publications, co-authoring a March 2021 piece on frictionless fulfillment for Warehouse and Logistics News. Ospalik maintains a primary focus on deploying venture capital into emerging industrial technology and sustainable infrastructure enterprises.
