Rob Ness is a development economist and finance professional based in Washington, DC, who specializes in emerging markets and impact investing. Throughout his professional career in development finance and policy advisory, he has focused on bridging public policy, macroeconomic principles, and private sector solutions to address complex global development challenges. Ness completed his graduate education by earning a Master of Public Administration in Development Economics from the Harvard Kennedy School and a Master of Professional Studies in Development and Finance from Georgetown University.
