Rob Moffat

Rob Moffat is a General Partner at Atlantic Bridge in London, United Kingdom, leading investments in enterprise artificial intelligence, semiconductors, and frontier technology. Prior to joining the firm in 2023, he served as a Partner at Oxford Sciences Innovation and Amadeus Capital. Throughout his venture capital career, he has led more than 20 early-stage investments, building a portfolio that includes Graphcore, Rigetti Computing, and Darktrace, which reached a $5 billion valuation during its 2021 initial public offering. Recently, he directed Atlantic Bridge's €75 million investment in the artificial intelligence chip startup D-Matrix in March 2025. He holds a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD and two master's degrees in mathematics and statistics from the University of Cambridge. His analytical background currently drives his data-informed investment strategy within the deep tech and quantum computing sectors.
