Rob Delaney

Rob Delaney is a Managing Director and Partner at Carrick Capital Partners in New York City. Since joining the investment firm as a Senior Associate in 2018, he has advanced to the Investment Committee, where he leads deal sourcing and execution for software and tech-enabled services. Delaney currently serves as a board observer for portfolio companies including DailyPay and OnPay, acting as the primary investment lead for OnPay. Before his tenure at Carrick, he worked as a strategy consultant at Accenture and served as the Chief Executive Officer of Infinia ML. A former professional basketball player in Europe, he holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and undergraduate degrees in government and economics from Lafayette College. His current professional focus remains on driving growth equity investments across the software and payments sectors.
