Rob Chaplinsky

Rob Chaplinsky is a co-founder and the Managing Director at Link Ventures, an investment firm where he actively oversees the internal investment committee, manages investor relations, and directs overall team management. He has accumulated over 20 years of professional experience operating within the technology startup ecosystem as both a strategic board member and a dedicated venture capital investor. Before establishing his current firm, Chaplinsky co-founded Bridgescale Partners, a prominent venture capital firm located in Silicon Valley that provided funding to emerging technology businesses. In addition to his extensive background in institutional investing, he previously operated as a technology entrepreneur by co-founding Typesoft, a specialized software user interface company that was successfully acquired by Apple in 2014. Today, his professional focus remains centered on identifying, financing, and advising high-growth technology startups through his leadership position at Link Ventures.
