Rio Hodges

Rio Hodges is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Nexus AI, a San Francisco-based enterprise software startup. Prior to this role, Hodges served as a Senior Product Manager at Google, directing a 45-person engineering team to develop machine learning infrastructure that supported over $2 billion in annual advertising revenue. He previously worked as an investment Associate at Sequoia Capital, evaluating early-stage software investments and helping deploy approximately $150 million across 12 distinct portfolio companies. Hodges began his professional career as a backend software engineer at Stripe, contributing to the core payment processing architecture during the organization's initial expansion into European markets. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Stanford University. His current focus centers on building scalable artificial intelligence solutions for global financial institutions and expanding his startup's enterprise client base.
