Rini Greenfield is the Founding and Managing General Partner at Rethink Food, an early-stage venture capital firm focused on food technology and agricultural sustainability. She previously co-founded Adaptive Management, a technology and consumer-focused hedge fund backed by Tiger Management, and began her financial career analyzing public market equities at Weiss Multi-Strategy Advisers. Before officially launching Rethink Food in 2021, Greenfield spearheaded impact investments for a private family office and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UC Berkeley. At Rethink Food, she partnered with former PepsiCo executive Brad Jakeman to build a venture capital fund supported by former chief executive officers from major corporations including Tyson and Chipotle. Her current investment strategy targets early-stage startups developing scalable technological solutions for supply chain decarbonization, agricultural automation, and expanded nutritional access across the global food system.
