Rina Neoh

Rina Neoh is the Co-founder and Managing Partner at Ficus Venture Capital, an Islamic venture capital firm based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Prior to this role, she served as a Managing Partner at Mercatus Capital in Singapore, where she helped incubate and invest in more than 80 early-stage technology startups across the Southeast Asian region. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from London Metropolitan University and a Master of Business Administration in International Business from Central Queensland University. Throughout an investment and corporate career spanning over two decades, Neoh has held strategic advisory and board positions at various regional enterprises, focusing on corporate restructuring and market expansion. Her professional focus centers on executing early-stage technology investments, ecosystem building, and providing strategic growth capital to Shariah-compliant startups operating within the ASEAN market.
