Rikhil Bajaj

Rikhil Bajaj is the Head of Fintech and Software at Tarsadia Investments, based in Newport Beach, California. Before joining Tarsadia in 2022, he served as a founding member of the growth equity team at SignalFire from 2020 to 2022, and worked as a Vice President at GTCR between 2018 and 2020. His earlier career includes investment and consulting roles at Warburg Pincus and Boston Consulting Group, supported by an MBA from the Wharton School. Bajaj has directed capital into several technology companies, managing investments in startups such as Stampli, Argyle, Petal, and YieldStreet. During his tenure across these firms, he collaborated on major transactions involving entities like Paya and initiated an executive-in-residence program to support portfolio leadership. He currently focuses on venture and growth equity investments across the financial services, enterprise software, and digital asset sectors.
