Bringing over 20 years of operational experience in professional services and venture capital, he originally co-founded Civitta, scaling it into a prominent management consulting firm operating across Central and Eastern Europe. In 2016, Anton co-founded the fund management firm Ühinenud Inglid OÜ, which actively operated as United Angels VC, alongside investment partners such as Gerri Kodres and Indrek Kasela. He subsequently transitioned to managing Specialist Fund Management OÜ upon its formal establishment in 2021, directing institutional capital toward early-stage technology startups across the region. Today, his primary professional focus centers on executing early-stage venture capital investments, utilizing his extensive historical background in corporate strategy, enterprise growth initiatives, and complex project financing.
