Ricky Yean

Ricky Yean is the Co-founder of Flow.Club, a virtual co-working platform, and is based in New York City, New York. He leads product development and growth for the platform, which has expanded to over 10,000 members and achieved a milestone of 5,000 daily active users in January 2026 following the launch of a premium tier. Prior to his current venture, Yean founded and successfully sold Virtuals.io, an online event platform, leveraging his background as a self-taught full-stack software engineer. He is an active figure within the independent developer ecosystem, maintaining connections with industry peers like Sahil Lavingia and Pieter Levels, and recently presented on community-led growth at MicroConf 2025.
