Ricky Tejapaibul

Ricky Tejapaibul is the Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Tech Wildcatters, a seed-stage venture capital fund and startup accelerator based in Dallas, Texas. He holds multiple master's degrees from Carnegie Mellon University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst with over twenty years of professional experience spanning management consulting, investment banking, and corporate finance at Fortune 500 companies. Under his leadership, Tech Wildcatters pioneered the data-driven Gauntlet model for startup development and achieved national accelerator rankings from both Forbes and Inc. Magazine. By the end of 2015, the firm had invested in 72 early-stage startups, facilitating the creation of more than 450 regional jobs and securing four portfolio exits. As an active angel investor and mentor, Tejapaibul currently focuses on identifying and scaling seed-stage technology enterprises through structured mentorship, operational guidance, and strategic capital deployment.
