Rick Viton

Rick Viton is a Partner at IA Capital Group, a General Partner at Energy Capital Ventures, and an investment banker at Ramirez & Co., based in New York, New York. Previously, he served as a Managing Director in the Financial Institutions Group at Credit Suisse and UBS, where he completed over 150 transactions totaling $60 billion in value. Throughout his 25-year career, he has acted as a strategic advisor to major corporate entities, including MetLife and Prudential. He holds a Master of Management from the Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Northwestern University, while currently serving as a Director for companies such as Omnidian and Afficiency. Viton focuses on executing large-scale mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and venture capital initiatives across the insurance, utilities, and financial services sectors.
