Rick Ledgett

Rick Ledgett is a Venture Partner and member of the Strategic Advisory Group at Paladin Capital Group, as well as an Independent Director at M&T Bank Corporation. Prior to these advisory roles, he spent 29 years at the National Security Agency (NSA), culminating as Deputy Director from January 2014 to April 2017. During his government service, he served as the first National Intelligence Manager for Cyber at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and led the NSA's 24/7 Cyber Threat Operations Center. He also serves on the Technology Committee of the Cleveland Clinic's Board of Directors and holds degrees from SUNY Albany and the National Intelligence University. Ledgett leverages his four decades of national security experience to advise venture capital firms and corporate boards on cybersecurity, cyber threats, and digital infrastructure resilience.
