Richard Tufft

Richard Tufft is the Co-Head of the Access Fund strategy at Salica Investments and a Venture Partner at Hambro Perks, based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Prior to his current venture capital roles, he spent 15 years at Goldman Sachs, where he served as the Director of Research for Europe and the Global Co-COO of Equity Research. During his extensive tenure at the investment bank, he managed a 1,000-person global research team and successfully transformed the research division into an independent operational unit. Additionally, he previously held a non-executive director position at Velocimetrics and earned a Master of Arts in History from the University of Oxford. Drawing on over two decades of financial experience, Tufft currently focuses on secondary investments and early-stage venture capital, specifically targeting Seed and Series A opportunities across the FinTech, Enterprise, and InsurTech sectors.
