Richard Simoni

Richard Simoni is a Managing Partner at Asset Management Ventures, combining deep technical expertise with over twenty years of operational and investment experience in early stage technology companies. He holds a doctorate and master's in electrical engineering from Stanford University as a National Science Foundation Fellow, alongside a bachelor's from Rice University. Before entering the venture capital industry, he co-founded Talkway Communications, an internet video services provider that successfully served major telecommunications clients including AT&T and British Telecom. His diverse investment portfolio spans the fintech, cybersecurity, and biotechnology sectors, featuring prominent startups such as Twist Bioscience, KeepSafe, Womply, Array Insights, Mozio, and Decent.
