Richard Ou

Richard Ou is the Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Doe, an early-stage startup focused on artificial intelligence infrastructure and advanced developer tools. Operating as a 2nd-time technology founder, he previously gained applied industry experience through technical roles at Vapi, a voice AI platform, and Wordware, an AI software company. Ou completed his academic training at the University of Pennsylvania, where he studied Physics and Computer Science to build a strong quantitative foundation for his software engineering career.
