Richard Muirhead

Richard Muirhead is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Fabric Ventures, based in London, United Kingdom. Before transitioning to venture capital, he founded and successfully exited three enterprise software companies, including Orchestream and Automic, which generated a cumulative market capitalization of over $2.2 billion. His previous professional experience includes serving as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Accel and working as a strategy consultant at Monitor. He currently holds board positions at Moralis and Cronofy, serves on the NEAR Foundation Council, and acts as a Senior Industrial Advisor to EQT. Through Fabric Ventures, he has directed early-stage investments into prominent decentralized network projects such as Polkadot, Ocean Protocol, and Sorare. Muirhead focuses his current investment strategy on blockchain infrastructure, Web3 applications, and decentralized technologies that promote open-source developer communities and user data control.
