Richard Meng

Richard Meng is the cofounder and CEO of Roe AI, an enterprise software company focused on developing scalable generative artificial intelligence solutions. Prior to founding Roe AI, he served as the technical lead for generative AI at Snowflake, where he developed systems that enabled tens of thousands of enterprise customers to interact with their data using natural language. He also presented these technical innovations as a featured speaker at the 2023 Snowflake Summit. Before his tenure at Snowflake, Meng worked at LinkedIn as the technical lead for the platform's knowledge graph and generative skill assessment tools. He holds degrees in computer science and statistics from the University of California, Berkeley, where he studied from 2014 to 2018. Meng currently focuses on building secure data platforms that provide steerable artificial intelligence capabilities for large-scale enterprise applications.
