Rich Scudellari

Rich Scudellari is a Founding Partner at Penny Jar Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Silicon Valley. He co-founded the firm in 2021 alongside Bryant Barr, with professional basketball player Stephen Curry serving as an anchor investor and a special advisor. Prior to launching this independent venture firm, Scudellari built and managed the initial investment portfolio for SC30 Inc., Curry’s primary business entity. Under his leadership, Penny Jar Capital closed its first institutional funding round in February 2024 and is currently targeting $250 million for its second fund closing in 2026. The firm's active portfolio includes a Series A investment in Hivewatch, reflecting a broader strategy of backing seed-stage technology startups.
