Richard Brenner

Richard Brenner is a Partner at True Global Ventures and a Mentor at The Brenner Group, based in Palo Alto, California. He founded The Brenner Group in 1987, leading the firm to assist over 2,000 venture-backed technology startups with interim executive management and financial advisory services before its acquisition by Armanino LLP in 2015. Brenner previously held executive positions at several organizations, including National BankAmericard, which is now VISA, and currently serves as Chairman of the Board at Woodside Capital Partners. As an active angel investor, he was a founder and board member of Bridge Capital Holdings, a publicly traded commercial bank, and he holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University. His four-decade career focuses on providing strategic financial guidance, valuation services, and venture capital investment to early-stage technology companies across Silicon Valley.
