Ricardo Sasseron

Ricardo Sasseron is the Managing Partner at Indicator Capital, a venture capital firm based in São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil. He holds both undergraduate and master's degrees in economics from the Universidade de São Paulo and began his professional career in investment banking before transitioning to venture capital. At Indicator Capital, Sasseron oversees a portfolio of more than twenty companies and manages over $100 million in assets, frequently co-investing alongside prominent regional entities like Kaszek Ventures and Nubank. His firm recently closed a $50 million Fund III investment vehicle in the first quarter of 2026 and has previously participated in notable liquidity events, including the 2018 initial public offering of StoneCo. Sasseron currently focuses on directing seed and Series A capital into early-stage technology startups operating across the Latin American financial, educational, software, and healthcare sectors.
