Ricardo Pantaleon is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Cleon, an enterprise artificial intelligence software startup headquartered in New York City, New York. Established in 2025 alongside co-founder Alexandros Zisimidis, the early-stage, two-person enterprise is currently backed by the prominent technology accelerator Y Combinator. Cleon engineers specialized AI agents tailored for the commercial hospitality industry, with a primary emphasis on automating the comprehensive guest journey and integrating operational software systems for large hotels and resorts.
