Ricardo Garcia-Amaya is the New York City-based founder of multiple technology ventures, currently leading artificial intelligence startup ILUMA alongside VOIQ, Alumni Founders, and Top American Latinx Tech Leaders. Through VOIQ, a business-to-business artificial intelligence voice platform, he successfully secured over $10 million in venture capital funding to scale its enterprise operations. His community-building initiatives include establishing Alumni Founders, an exclusive network that currently supports more than 3,000 Y Combinator alumni, and serving as a technology fellow at the Aspen Institute. Previously, Garcia-Amaya earned his Master of Business Administration degree from NYU Stern and worked in the New York City Mayor’s Office under Michael Bloomberg, where he helped develop the municipality's comprehensive technology blueprint. His career remains focused on advancing enterprise artificial intelligence solutions while fostering executive leadership communities across the broader global technology sector.
