Reynaldo Kirton

Reynaldo Kirton is a Principal at Forgepoint Capital based in California, focused on venture capital investments in cybersecurity, software infrastructure, and AI governance. Before joining Forgepoint, he worked as a strategy consultant at Altman Vilandrie and Company, managing over thirty due diligence efforts across the United States, Europe, and Latin America. He previously conducted capital markets research for clients with portfolios ranging from fifty million to three billion dollars at Cambridge Associates and gained venture experience at Harlem Capital. In his current role, Kirton leads the Forgepoint Intelligence Platform powered by AI, monitoring tens of thousands of companies, and serves as a Board Observer for startups including Cinchy, Lumu, and Symmetry Systems. A CFA charterholder and Toigo Fellow, he earned his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and his Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University.
