Renske Lynde

Renske Lynde is the General Partner at 1st Course Capital, an early-stage venture capital fund focused on pre-seed and seed-stage companies disrupting the food and agriculture sectors. Prior to her current investment role, she co-founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer of Food System 6, a nonprofit accelerator where she currently sits as board president. Under her leadership and ongoing guidance, Food System 6 has successfully graduated seven entrepreneurial cohorts that currently maintain a ninety percent survival rate. As an active angel investor in the ecosystem since 2012, Lynde has built a portfolio of sustainable food production and distribution ventures that includes Imperfect Foods, Lineage Logistics, and Full Cycle Bioplastics. Her professional career centers on financing and scaling early-stage technologies designed to transform global agricultural practices and build healthier, more sustainable food systems.
