Rennick Palley

Rennick Palley is the Founding Partner and Chief Investment Officer of Stratos Technologies, a Web3 venture capital firm based in Dallas, Texas. He began his career in traditional finance as a Research Associate at Sanders Capital, a global equity manager with $75 billion in assets under management. After discovering Ethereum in 2015, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology graduate established Stratos in 2016 to manage early-stage blockchain investments and liquid cryptocurrency strategies. Under his leadership, the firm has launched multiple top-decile venture funds and executed notable investments in digital asset companies including Bakkt and Fuel, where he led the Series A funding round. Palley also co-founded the decentralized credit protocol known as Goldfinch. He currently focuses his investment strategy on deploying capital across early-stage Web3 protocols, real-world assets, layer-two scaling solutions, and fully homomorphic encryption technologies.
