Renjie Wang

Renjie Wang is a Managing Director on the Life Sciences team at Bain Capital, based in Shanghai, China. Since joining the global private equity firm in 2014, she has specialized in executing complex healthcare transactions and life sciences investments across the broader Asian market. Prior to her current tenure at Bain Capital, Wang worked as an investment professional at the Chinese private equity firm Hony Capital. During her time in this previous role, she successfully closed multiple buyout transactions, minority equity investments, and corporate privatization deals within the healthcare sector. Her formal academic credentials include a Master of Finance degree earned from Peking University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Fudan University. Wang currently focuses her professional efforts on deploying private equity capital to scale emerging and established life sciences enterprises throughout the region.
