Renee Shah

Renee Shah is a Partner at Amplify Partners, an early-stage venture capital firm where she specializes in financing technical founders and infrastructure software. She originally joined the investment team in May 2019 and was formally promoted to her current partnership position in January 2021 after successfully building strategic relationships with five distinct portfolio companies throughout the 2020 calendar year. During her ongoing tenure at the firm, Shah has actively driven capital allocation across multiple emerging technology startups, including recognizable industry names such as Serenade, Buf, Sym, Suborbital, and Chainguard. In addition to managing these publicly disclosed investments, she has also directed institutional capital into at least three separate enterprise software companies currently operating in stealth mode. Her current investment focus remains strictly centered on advancing technical infrastructure, specifically targeting developer tools, distributed systems, edge computing, and cybersecurity.
