Renaldas Zioma is the Managing Partner at Squad Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Vilnius, Lithuania. Prior to his current role, he co-founded and directed investments at Startup Wise Guys, where he helped scale one of Europe's largest accelerator programs. Throughout his career, Zioma has executed over 50 investments and currently manages more than €50 million in fund assets, with a portfolio that includes a notable exit from the unicorn marketplace Vinted. In March 2024, he led the €20 million close for Squad Ventures' second fund and recently directed a Q1 2025 investment into the artificial intelligence startup Causaly. After studying business at Vilnius University and achieving entrepreneurial exits in the financial technology and software sectors, his current focus remains on funding pre-seed European startups operating across artificial intelligence, climate technology, and SaaS.
