Martin Rehak

Martin Rehak is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Resistant AI, a cybersecurity firm focused on protecting automated financial systems from manipulation. Prior to this role, he founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer of Cognitive Security, an artificial intelligence threat detection startup that was acquired by Cisco in 2013. Following the acquisition, his technology formed the foundation of Cisco’s Cognitive Threat Analytics division, which eventually scaled to serve over 25 million users globally. He holds a doctorate in artificial intelligence from the Czech Technical University in Prague and an engineering degree from CentraleSupelec. Alongside his entrepreneurial ventures, he has spent 18 years as a cybersecurity lecturer at the Czech Technical University. His career centers on the intersection of machine learning and enterprise security, specifically building resilient artificial intelligence infrastructure for the financial services sector.
