Regina Lin

Regina Lin is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ThirdLayer, an artificial intelligence startup based in San Francisco, California. Her current enterprise is participating in the Y Combinator Winter 2025 batch, focusing on the development of advanced developer tools. Prior to establishing ThirdLayer, Lin co-founded Contour AI, where she engineered specialized DevOps software designed specifically for large language model evaluation. Earlier in her career, she built a minimum viable product for an ecommerce marketplace that successfully scaled to serve more than 40,000 customers. Before transitioning into serial entrepreneurship, she held various technology investment roles and studied Mathematics alongside a concurrent master's degree in Computational Science at Harvard University before dropping out. Lin maintains a primary professional focus on building scalable artificial intelligence infrastructure and specialized developer tools for the modern software ecosystem.
