Regina Gwynn

Regina Gwynn is a London, UK-based Scout at Ada Ventures, where she identifies and supports early-stage technology founders across the European ecosystem. Prior to joining the venture capital firm in 2023, she served as Head of Talent at Entrepreneur First, managing talent acquisition and founder development operations. Her early career included various talent and operational roles at multiple technology firms before transitioning into venture capital. She has also been involved with the broader startup landscape alongside organizations like Seedcamp and participated in industry discussions at events such as London Tech Week 2024. In her current capacity, she has scouted multiple companies that subsequently received backing from Ada Ventures, specifically targeting underrepresented entrepreneurs building software, artificial intelligence, and consumer technology platforms. Gwynn currently focuses on bridging the gap between emerging startup operators and institutional venture capital opportunities.
