Reed Goldberg

Reed Goldberg is currently an Associate on the Ventures team at Morgan Health, where he focuses on healthcare investment and portfolio management. In this capacity, he actively supports transaction origination, deal structuring, and execution aimed at improving the United States healthcare system through strategic capital deployment. Prior to joining Morgan Health, Goldberg served as a Ventures Associate at Healthbox, a healthcare innovation consulting and fund management firm. During his tenure there, he supported the DaVita Venture Group Fund, managed an accelerator portfolio, and advised various health systems and payors on digital strategies and intellectual property commercialization. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Global Health Studies from Northwestern University. Goldberg's professional background remains entirely focused on healthcare venture capital, digital health innovation, and strategic advisory for major medical institutions.
