Reed Duchscher

Reed Duchscher is the CEO of Night Inc. and General Partner at Night Ventures, based in Austin, Texas. He founded the digital talent management firm in 2015, successfully growing the roster to over 50 content creators who possess a cumulative audience exceeding 45 million subscribers. Duchscher previously managed YouTube personality MrBeast from 2018 to 2024, co-founded a consumer snack brand, and currently represents prominent digital figures including streamer Kai Cenat. Through Night Ventures, he currently oversees a $20 million seed-stage fund targeting consumer technology and the creator economy, while his private equity arm operates with a $100 million investment from The Chernin Group. A former NFL sports agent and Division I college football player at North Dakota State, Duchscher focuses on scaling creator-led businesses and executing strategic acquisitions across the digital media landscape.
