Rebecca Lynn

Rebecca Lynn is a General Partner and co-founder at Canvas Ventures, located in Menlo Park, California. Before establishing her current firm, she served as a Managing Director at NEA and worked in financial services and consulting after earning a Bachelor of Science from Stanford University. Throughout her venture capital career, Lynn has executed over 50 distinct investments, backing several technology startups including Uber and DocuSign, which completed its initial public offering in 2018. She recently led her firm's participation in a Series D funding round for an enterprise human resources platform in 2024 and joined an advisory board for a new climate technology fund in the first quarter of 2025. Lynn currently focuses her core early-stage investment strategy on seed to Series B rounds across the enterprise software, financial technology, cybersecurity, and digital marketplace sectors.
