Rebecca Lucia

Rebecca Lucia is the CFO and Operating Partner at Innovation Endeavors. She brings over 20 years of experience in venture capital finance, operations, and the life sciences sector, holding both CFA and CA designations. Previously, Lucia served as a Partner acting as CFO and COO at 5AM Ventures, and held Chief Financial Officer positions at Prospect Venture Partners and Asset Management Ventures. Her early career included senior finance roles at CV Therapeutics and Chiron Corporation, as well as a Senior Manager position at Deloitte. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Calgary and an MBA from Northwestern University. Having served on the board of the National Venture Capital Association, her current focus remains on driving financial strategy and operational scaling for venture capital firms and their biotech portfolios.
