Rebecca Kaden

Born in New York City, Rebecca Kaden is a Managing Partner at Union Square Ventures, where she specializes in early-stage venture capital investments. Before joining her current firm, she served as a General Partner at Maveron, a consumer-focused early-stage fund, and initially began her professional career as a journalist. Kaden holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and American Literature from Harvard University and a Master of Business Administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Her recent investment activity includes backing Efficient Computer during its Series A round, as well as supporting The General Intelligence Company of New York in late 2025. Additionally, she has highlighted Supper to advance development within the emerging agentic data platform sector. Today, her primary investment focus centers on consumer technologies, efficient energy, autonomous businesses, and agentic platforms.
