Raza Jack Rizvi

Raza Jack Rizvi is the Co-founder of Balio, an acquisition firm focused on acquiring and growing software businesses, currently based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Prior to his current executive role, he served as an Investor at the Singapore office of Flash Ventures, a pre-seed venture builder linked to Rocket Internet that operated across Germany, Australia, Brazil, India, and Southeast Asia before closing in 2024. Rizvi has also been involved in stealth mode projects and angel investing within the technology sector, building a professional network of over 500 connections that includes ties to prominent organizations such as ICONIQ, Razor Group, and Grab. He previously completed his higher education at the University of Warwick in the United Kingdom. His professional background centers on identifying, acquiring, and scaling early-stage technology startups and software enterprises across international markets.
