Raymond Colletti

Raymond Colletti is the Founder of Zag Capital, a venture capital investment firm focused on early-stage technology startups. Prior to launching his own fund, he was a very early employee at Datadog, where he contributed across multiple critical functions including technical support, enterprise sales, customer success, and sales enablement during the company's initial rapid growth phases. Colletti also served as the Vice President of Revenue at Codecov, leading their commercial strategy, and previously held operational roles at AppNexus. He earned his undergraduate degrees in Marketing and Political Science from Washington University in St. Louis, and he recently served as an undergraduate judge for the Venture Capital Investment Competition in California in February 2024. Ultimately, his professional background combines extensive operational leadership in high-growth enterprise software companies with a current focus on venture capital investing.
