Ray Wagner

Ray Wagner is a Managing Director at Thompson Street Capital Partners in Saint Louis, Missouri, where he focuses on deal origination for middle-market investments. Since joining the firm in 2015, he has helped deploy capital from funds that have collectively raised over four and a half billion dollars and partnered with more than 250 management teams. Previously, Wagner served as a Vice President at Advantage Capital Partners and worked as an Associate at RL Hulett and Company. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington University in Saint Louis Olin School of Business and sits on the boards of Prime Banc Corporation and Dieterich Bank. His current investment focus centers on partnering with founder-led businesses across the healthcare, software, and consumer services sectors to drive organic expansion and acquisition growth.
